Gameplay has improved a lot since earlier versions, and it is fun.There are two main issues that need to be addressed:-Semi-frequent crashesand-It needs more maps, especially larger ones to make more use of accelerated b-hopping and large enemies. i love and recommend playing this game. but i have a suggestion for the devs.if a devaloper is reading my review please add what i am about to suggest.lua like gmod lua for modders so new npcs along with specials weapon fuctions can be made.others wise if you play games like quake and unreal i recomend checking it out.. This is kind of a lazy mod. You run around in the HL2 deathmatch maps, enemies of whatever type you chose (or every enemy) spawn endlessly and you just run around and shoot them. It's kind of a poor-man's SMOD, and I say that because the weapons, most of the mechanics, models, sounds, enemies, and character models are just ripped from SMOD, some of which are probably ripped from other stuff to begin with.If you don't have all the games required for SMOD or SMOD Tactical, this is probably the best subsitute you can get. It's not outright terrible, but really there's not much reason to play it unless you really have an itch for it.. You will...-Accidentally spend all of your money at a health station-get completely buried in enemies-hate houndeyes even more-spend all of your money on the "new" weapons ( not the flaregun, though )-seriously, you'll hate those little pests SO bad...-get scared out of your pants-SLLLOOOOOWWW MMMOOOTTIIIOOOOOONNNNN...-sit at the main menu for 10 minutes just to read the flavour text-dream about cheese...10/10Would/Will play again...Goes and loads up FIREFIGHT RELOADED.... Its amazing best mod ever has a beta weapon beta npcs with the source npcs of hl1 its cool but then it gets too easy when you get infinite ammo perk. It needs some work because it keeps crashing a few minutes after I launch it and if you could please use some newer models for the npcs from Black Mesa. Above all else it is pretty good 9/10.. This game is blows and sucks♥♥♥♥♥
